i Drove up from the desert for this in SB, raining like crazy, was alot of fun...I taped as well with my Neumann KM140's.. This show/taper must be Andrew Rakow.

Underated, underappreciated, "Sleeper Show"
It never shows up on anyones lists, and no one ever speaks its merits, but this show kicked some serious Boo-tay. Not the best SCI show i saw, but it had some peak moments: The Cedar > Impressions > Lonesome Road was epic. Black & White was bigger and badder than normal and SANS > Rhum was sweet too. It had been a long while since I heard a live Smile, so I was stoked on that too.
The venue itself added to the experience. It felt as if we were in an outdoor, spanish courtyard... but we were indoors escaping the gnarly rains outside.
The chemical assistance didnt hurt my memory of the show, but sure added to my enjoyment!
